"We embarked on our renovation project completely naive regarding the process, time-frames and pretty much everything in between.
After our first meeting, it was an easy decision choosing Todd and Neo Build to turn our dream into reality. He was knowledgeable, easy going and explained things in a way we understood. Todd explained in detail how the process worked and what to expect along the way, including resetting our expectations around our very ambitious time-frame!
Once the build began we were kept completely up to date with progress, including weekly meetings onsite. Any issues that arose Todd and the team let us know immediately and always came to us with a resolution, not just the problem. The entire Neo Build team were fantastic to work with, very skilled and with an amazing eye for detail.
The team became part of the family by the end of the project.
Todd used his own sub-trades and project managed the entire project which was a painless and transparent exercise.
