1 - Contact
After an initial phone or email conversation NEO BUILD will request information regarding your potential timeline, plans, budget and your vision. We will then arrange a free onsite consultation to understand your desired outcome and discuss these details further. With our vast experience, we can help guide you in the right direction with creative input when required.
2 - Design Process
After the initial conversation NEO BUILD will engage with our design consultants or work with yours . We will work with you and the designers to get all the relevant information so plans can be submitted to council. Our goal is to gather as much information at this stage to streamline the construction process as majority of decisions are pre decided.
3 - Pricing
Once we have obtained working drawings we will prepare a comprehensive estimate. This will include scope of work and any sub trades previously discussed or detailed in the working drawings. From here we can set up a meeting to present to you.
4 - Project Management
NEO BUILD will create a detailed project timeline which will highlight all major construction milestones. Within this relevant dates will also be provided for any client provided items e.g. bathroom fixtures, paint colours, flooring. This streamlines the construction process and keeps you up to date on project progress.
5 - Construction
Once consent has been granted the professional team of licensed builders from NEO BUILD will undertake the work. Todd will be onsite as well as project manage the project so you can be sure he will be on top of all aspects of your project. Weekly catch ups will be scheduled and communication will be clear and often.
4 - Completion
NEO BUILD will assist right through to final inspection and help complete CCC (Code of Compliance). At this stage you will be the proud new owners of your very own bespoke unique home.
